Hotel Policies
These policies are provided to help ensure a comfortable and safe stay for every guest at Hotel Büyük Keban. The conditions shown in the guest’s reservation confirmation also apply and may vary according to the selected rate, package or booking channel.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve an additional charge. Please contact reception in advance if you require either service.
Identification and Registration
All guests must present a valid passport, national identity card or other legally accepted identification during check-in. Guest information is recorded in accordance with applicable Turkish regulations.
Reservations, Rates and Payment
Room rates, taxes, included services, payment conditions and occupancy limits are stated in the reservation confirmation. Cancellation, modification, prepayment and no-show conditions depend on the selected rate and booking channel. Guests are responsible for reviewing these conditions before confirming a reservation.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00. Please check your reservation confirmation to verify whether breakfast is included in your selected rate.
Guests and Visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight in hotel rooms. Visitors should contact reception and may be asked to provide identification. The hotel may restrict visitor access when necessary for guest safety and security.
Children and Extra Beds
Requests concerning children, baby cots or extra beds are subject to room type, availability and confirmation by the hotel. Additional charges may apply.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in indoor public areas and in rooms designated as non-smoking. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage costs resulting from smoking in prohibited areas.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless an exception has been confirmed in writing by Hotel Büyük Keban before arrival.
Luggage Storage
Short-term luggage storage before check-in or after check-out may be available through reception, subject to available space and security conditions.
Valuables and Personal Belongings
Guests are encouraged to use the electronic safe provided in their room and to keep doors locked when leaving the room. Please notify reception immediately if an item is lost or if assistance is required.
Guest Conduct and Property Damage
Guests must respect other guests, hotel employees and hotel property. Illegal activities, weapons, explosives, flammable substances and other hazardous materials are prohibited. Guests may be charged for damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
Accessibility
Accessible accommodation is subject to availability. Guests requiring specific accessibility arrangements should contact the hotel before booking so that available facilities can be confirmed.
Parking and Vehicle Access
Hotel Büyük Keban does not operate a private car park or parking reservation service. Guests arriving by car should review the parking and vehicle access information provided on our website before arrival.
